Thugs Of Hindostan Day 1 Box Office Collection: TOH becomes biggest opening hindi film with 50.25 crore on opening day!

Aamir Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, Katrina Kaif and Fatima Sana Shaikh starrer 'Thugs Of Hindostan' may have received mixed reactions from the fans along with some brutal trolling the cast faced post it's release, but the film has shattered all records in the past and has created history by collecting a whopping over 50 crore on Day 1 at Box Office. By collecting a total of 50.25, TOH has broken several records... highest collection for any Hindi film on Day 1, highest earning Diwali release and YRF's highest opening day collection. Taran Adarsh wrote on Twitter- "#ThugsOfHindostan smashes *all records* [Hindi films] as it breaches ₹ 50 cr on *Day 1*... Sets new BENCHMARKS in some circuits... Big holiday [#Diwali] + tremendous hype + massive screen count help put up a SENSATIONAL TOTAL..."

However in his next tweet Taran also mentions that the road ahead isn't that easy for TOH and it read - "H-I-S-T-O-R-I-C *Day 1 biz* was expected, but the real test for #ThugsOfHindostan begins from *today onwards*... Will have to maintain the pace over the weekend [Fri to Sun] and *also on weekdays* to put up a MASSIVE TOTAL... Wait and watch situation right now!"
