‘Tejas’ Release Date: Kangana Ranaut’s Next To Hit The Big Screens On This Date

Kangana Ranaut will be seen portraying the role of Air Force pilot in 'Tejas'.

New Delhi: Kangana Ranaut’s upcoming movie ‘Tejas’ is all set for a theatrical release. The actress, who will be seen portraying the role of Air Force pilot Tejas Gill, announced the release date of this upcoming film.

Kangana Ranaut took to her Instagram and shared a picture of her from the movie. She wrote while sharing, “Bringing to you the inspiring story of a woman who chose to rule the skies. An ode to the Indian Air Force, #Tejas releasing in a cinema near you on Dussehra, 5th October 2022 #ArmedForcesFlagDay”.

‘Tejas’ is slated to release on October 5, 2022. Written and directed by Sarvesh Mewara, this movie will tell the story of a woman pilot in the Indian Air Force. This movie will also feature Anshul Chauhan and Varun Mitra playing pivotal roles.

Last month, Kangana Ranaut shared a post on her Instagram after wrapping up the filming of ‘Tejas’. She shared a note that read, “Another beautiful journey comes to an end …It’s a wrap for Tejas What a ride Above all what an opportunity This will make the entire Nation proud. Thank you @sarveshmewara for choosing me Thank you @rsvpmovies Ronnie sir for believing in me ….Thanks to everyone who worked on this project … eternally greatful for getting to play a soldier a war hero in this lifetime Jai Hind ….See you in the cinemas in 2022”.

Meanwhile, other than ‘Tejas’, Kangana Ranaut will also be seen featuring in a lead role in ‘Dhaakad’, ‘Manikarnika Returns: The Legend Of Didda’, ‘Emergency’, ‘The Incarnation: Sita’. She will also produce Nawazuddin Siddiqui starrer ‘Tiku Weds Sheru’.
