While talking to TOI, Rhea Chakraborty's lawyer Satish Manshinde said that because the family of Sushant has made false statements before the investigation authorities and the Supreme Court, Rhea will take action against them. The lawyer was quoted saying, “The prescription and the chats of the two sisters of the actor clearly indicates that the family was aware of the actor's mental health.”
He added, “They were exchanging prescription notes of medication and lied to the court and ED. Besides the consultation is also illegal and if even an online consultation has happened the doctor gives prescription to an existing patient whose history he knows in advance.”
Reportedly, all sorts of possible legal action will be taken by Rhea including prosecution. In the last few days, leaked WhatsApp chat revealed that Sushant’s sister Nitu Singh was asking for prescription from his manager Shruti Modi. Another leaked chat between Rajput and his sister discloses that Nitu Singh was aware of him taking medicines for depression.
