Sridevi's Birth Anniversary: Boney Kapoor gets emotional remembering his late wife says, 'we miss her every minute'

The legendary Sridevi would have turned 55 today had she skipped the dreadful night of February 25, 2018 when the actress accidently drowned to her death in bath tub in Duabi. Since then nothing has changed much but the film fraternity and fans forever lost their shining star. And as the nation gears up to mark Sridevi's first birth anniversary today after her unfortunate death, hubby Boney Kapoor gets emotional remembering her. Boney Kapoor in tears on IIFA 2018 stage while accepting award for Sridevi! Last year Sridevi celebrated her birthday with popular Bollywood ladies at Manish Malhotra's residence who hosted her birthday bash. Who would have known then that it was her last birthday! Boney spoke to section of the media about his late wife. He was extremely emotional while speaking about the legendary actress. “There are heroes and then there are legends, heroes get remembered but legends never die. Sri lives with us every day… not a minute goes by when we don’t miss her (sic),” said Boney. Even the Film's Division is paying a special tribute to Sridevi in Delhi by screening some of the her most popular films. Mom, Lamhe, Mr India, English Vinglish, Sadma and Chandni will be screened through August 13 and 14 in memory of Sridevi.
