A case of molestation was registered on Tuesday against singer Mika Singh by a designer. The designer has complained against Mika at the Versova Police Station. According to Mumbai Police sources, the accused and the victim were known to each other. The victim went to Mika Singh's residence this morning for some work. The police registered a case against Mika under Sections 354 ( molestation), 323 (beating) and 504 (intimidation) of the Indian Penal Code. The police are currently investigating the allegations of the designer and the next course of action will be decided after primary investigation.
