Mumbai: Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput are celebrating their sixth wedding anniversary on Wednesday (July 7). The couple tied the knot on July 7, 2015 in an intimate ceremony in the presence of their loved ones. Mira shared a picture with her hubby to wish him on their special day.
Shahid can be seen kissing his wife on the cheeks in the adorable photo. Mira wrapped her hands around Kapoor’s neck while posing for the camera. She posted a heartfelt note on Instagram to wish the ‘Kabir Singh’ actor as they completed six years of marriage.
“I love you more than words suffice. Happy 6, my love my life,” the caption for the post read. Fans have flooded the comments section with their messages and wishes.
Pragya Kapoor, Sophie Choudry and other tinsel town celebs dropped comments on the post. Pragya wrote, "Happy anniversary you beauties."
Shahid and Mira welcomed their first child, Misha Kapoor, in August 2016. The couple became parents to a baby boy in September 2018. They have named their son Zain Kapoor.
On the professional front, Shahid will be next seen in 'Jersey'. The sports drama co-starring Mrunal Thakur is slated to hit the silver screens on November 5, 2021. If things go as per plans, the movie will clash with Akshay Kumar, Manushi Chillar and Sonu Sood starrer 'Prithviraj' at the box office.
The 'Padmaavat' actor will also make his digital debut with a project helmed by Raj and DK.
