New Delhi: At the Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival Awards 2024, Shah Rukh Khan and Nayanthara, stars of the film 'Jawan', had a special reunion. For those who don't know, in Atlee's 'Jawan', Shah Rukh Khan and Nayanthara shared a screen for the first time.
Nayanthara received the Best Actress award from her co-star Shah Rukh. As she climbs the stage to accept the award, the actor can be seen giving her a helping hand in a video from the event.

A video featuring Shah Rukh Khan accepting the award has been posted to the Shah Rukh Khan Universe Fan Club's X page. But the moment Shah Rukh Khan spontaneously began performing 'Chaleya' was what had everyone's attention. Before giving her the award, he kissed her on the forehead and performed the hook step a second time.

Nayanthara looked stunning with her hair tied in a bun while wearing a bright yellow saree. She wore matching earrings and a necklace to complete the ensemble.
About Jawan
Shah Rukh Khan won the award for best actor at the event, and "Jawan" was picked as the Best Film. The complete cast of 'Jawan', which includes Shah Rukh Khan, Nayanthara, composer Anirudh Ravichander, wife Priya, and director Atlee, made an appearance at the award ceremony. 'Jawan', directed by Atlee, was Nayanthara's Bollywood debut and ended up being one of the highest-grossing films of 2023.
On the work front, Nayanthara most recently starred in the controversial Tamil movie 'Annapoorani'. She is currently awaiting the theatrical releases of 'Test' and 'Mannangatti Since 1960', two of her upcoming Tamil films.
