Richard Madden Reminds Priyanka Chopra Of Her Past As Spy In New Citadel Clip

'Citadel' centres on the two as they strive to reclaim their memories and revive Citadel.

New Delhi: For the much anticipated action-spy thriller 'Citadel', Prime Video unveiled an exclusive clip and fresh key art.

It shows Agent Kane, played by Richard Madden, trying his best to remind Agent Sinh, played by Chopra Jonas, of her prior connection with the named intelligence agency. His attempts to refresh her memory hilariously fail and almost end in a brawl between the two agents. As Kane tries to toss a knife at Sinh to check if her elite agent instincts will trigger, it doesn't help his situation. Instead, it only deepens her fear, and she grabs her own knife to defend herself.

The plot of 'Citadel' centres on the two as they strive to reclaim their memories and revive Citadel alongside their former coworker Bernard Orlick (Stanley Tucci) in order to resist the efforts of the influential syndicate Manticore to establish a new world order.

Osy Ikhile as Carter Spence, Ashleigh Cummings as Abby Conroy, Roland Mller as Anders Silje and Davik Silje, and Caoilinn Springall as Hendrix Conroy, Lesley Manville will play the crafty British Ambassador to the United States, Dahlia Archer.

Recently, the first trailer for the spy series starring Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Richard Madden was released. Priyanka's forthcoming ventures, in addition to the web series Citadel on Amazon Video, include 'Love Again' starring Sam Heughan and Celine Dion. An English-language adaptation of the 2016 German film SMS für Dich, which was based on a novel by Sofie Cramer, was written and directed by James C. Strouse.

'Citadel' will be available in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide. It will premiere in multiple languages including English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada. The television series will release on 28 April 2023.
