Reportedly, the ‘Padmaavat’ actress will be interrogated by the NCB on September 26 and her husband Ranveer Singh has requested the agency to let him be present with her citing she has anxiety issues and gets panic attacks. The ‘Befikre’ actor has also mentioned in his application that as a law-abiding citizen, he is fully aware that he is not allowed to be present during the interrogation, so he will not interfere but would just sit owing to the ‘Cocktail’ actress’ panic and anxiety attacks.
Though there has been no response from the NCB on his application, the agency has given the actress one-day time and will interrogate her on September 26, which was earlier supposed to happen on September 25.
Reportedly, NCB sources revealed that if Ranveer Singh wants, he can accompany his wife for her interrogation, but the ‘Bajirao Mastani’ actor will not be allowed to sit in the same room where the questioning will take place.
Meanwhile, actress Rakul Preet Singh has reached the NCB office in Mumbai for her investigation and her interrogation is currently underway.
The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has already arrested Rhea Chakraborty, Showik Chakraborty, Samuel Miranda, Sushant Singh Rajput’s personal staff Dipesh Sawant and 16 others in the case so far.
