Story

Famous TV show actors like Bhavya Sachdeva from "Kasautii Zindagii Kay" and "Naagin 6" fame, along with Ankita Sahu, have impressed with their splendid performances in the film. The story of the film revolves around Kabir and Saima, who are deeply in love with each other like crazy, and are chosen to oversee the hospitality of the university at a seminar called "Shanti" being held at Aligarh Muslim University. Kayra Singh and Aryan Khanna participate in this seminar, sent by their respective universities to present their research on the ideals of Gandhi and Nelson Mandela, aiming to win the Shanti Award, which will decide their career in the university, whether they win or lose.

 

A twist in the story occurs when a clash of ideologies begins between the two lovers. Kayra insists that if it's love, they must stay together for a lifetime, while Aryan believes that as long as there is love, they will stay together, and when love ends, so does companionship. To know the end of the story, one must watch the film. In "Pyar Ke Do Naam," it will be interesting to see which ideology triumphs between the two perspectives of love.

Direction

The film is based on the tagline "For Each Other" or "With Each Other." Danish Javed, the director, has skillfully directed this modern love story, incorporating the love perspectives and ideologies of Nelson Mandela and Mahatma Gandhi. He has also made significant contributions to the film's music, having written songs along with Vasim Bareilvi. Singers like Javed Ali, Ritu Pathak, Swati Sharma, and Raja Hasan have lent their beautiful voices to the film's songs.

The chemistry between Bhavya Sachdeva and Ankita Sahu appears natural in the film. Credit also goes to the director, Danish Javed, for their commendable performances, whether it's their arguments or love-making scenes, or the songs; both have done a fantastic job, as have Kanika Gautam and Achal Tankwal as supporting actors.

Dialogues

A plus point of the film is its heart-touching and memorable dialogues. Lines like "We live in a society where there is no place for love" or "The society needs change, not transformation" or "Never try someone's love like this; it hurts the heart" make the story even more impactful.

 

The music of the film is very melodious and sweet. The entire film has been shot at Aligarh Muslim University.

Danish Javed's film "Pyar Ke Do Naam" is a cinema worth watching. Narrating a story of beautiful feelings and emotions of love, the film caters to a different experience for audiences of all age groups, owing to its excellent direction, commendable acting, beautiful scenes, well-crafted screenplay, and melodious music.
