"No comment" says Rajinikanth on BJP's invitation of joining the party

NEW DELHI: Superstar Rajinikanth who is meeting his fans after eight long years refused to comment on Minister of State for Shipping, Pon Radhakrishnan's invitation of joining BJP. "No comment," said the Thalaiva who earlier said if it is God's will, he will enter politics. Pon Radhakrishnan said, the BJP would welcome actor Rajinikanth's entry into politics or into the party. "What I want to say I have already conveyed two days ago. I have nothing more to say for the present," Rajinikanth told reporters when asked if he has decided to join politics. Right now, he wants me to be an actor and I'm fulfilling my responsibility. If God willing, I will enter politics tomorrow. If I enter, I will be very truthful and will not entertain people who are in this to make money. I won't work with such people." Since then there is a lot of buzz and speculations are rife about him venturing into the new field anytime soon. Earlier, there were also rumours about the Tamil superstar forming his own party backed by BJP. Rajinikanth continued meeting with his fans for the third day in Chennai. The actor has more than 3.05 Million fans on the micro-blogging site. He follows 19 people in which there is only one politician, who is none other than PM Narendra Modi. (With inputs from IANS)
