Neil Nitin Mukesh is CONFIRMED to play Sanjay Gandhi in 'Indu Sarkar'

After much anticipation regarding Neil Nitin Mukesh's role,' it is now finally revealed  that the he will play  Sanjay Gandhi in Madhur Bhandarkar's 'Indu Sarkar', based on the 1975 Emergency. Neil Nitin Mukesh and Rukmini Sahay’s WEDDING VIDEO is mesmerizing! While the film has the name Indu in its title, it was earlier communicated that the film will not have a direct reference to the late prime minister, Indira Gandhi. ANI Both the actor and the director were tight lipped about the former's character portrayal, but the recently leaked image confirms Neil's role as Sanjay Gandhi. Supriya Vinod will be seen playing Indira Gandhi in the flick. 'Indu Sarkar' also stars Kirti Kulhari and ' Ahalya' fame Tota Roy Chowdhury. Music composers Anu Malik and Bappi Lahiri have also joined hands, for the first time, to create music for 'Indu Sarkar,' which went on floors in the first week of December.
