Nagarjuna starts shooting for 'Brahmastra', poses with co-star Mouni Roy (SEE PIC)
New Delhi: Veteran Tollywood actor Nagarjuna, who is making his comeback to Bollywood after 15 years with Ranbir Kapoor & Alia Bhatt’s 'Brahmastra', has started shooting for the Ayan Mukerji directorial in Bulgaria. Mouni Roy, who is also part of the film, shared a picture with the Zakhm actor on Instagram. The Naagin fame actress captioned the picture as, ‘Grateful thankful peaceful about the shoot days these days ❤️ #justhowwonderfulisHe #fangirl #Bràhmästrà.’’
Nagarjuna’s last appearance in a Hindi film was in JP Dutta’s ‘LOC Kargil’, which released in 2003. The actor will be reuniting with his 'Khuda Gawah' co-star Amitabh Bachchan in 'Brahmastra'.
Interestingly, he is working with Ranbir, Alia, Karan Johar and Ayan for the very first time. While talking to IANS, the actor said that he is looking forward to working with the entire team of 'Brahmastra'.
Nagarajuna didn’t reveal the details about his role in the film, he told the news agency that he has a pivotal part to play in Brahmastra. "I am not supposed to say much. To be honest, I'm not very sure of the extent of my role. But it's a pivotal part. And they probably thought of me because the role suits my personality," he told IANS. On the professional front, the ‘Super’ actor will also be seen in a yet-to-be-titled Telugu film to be helmed by newcomer Sriram Adittya. Talking about Brahmastra, the film is said to be a superhero fantasy drama. Ranbir and Alia, who are said to be dating each other, have teamed up together for the very first time in their career.
