Bollywood actor-producer Aditya Pancholi, father of 'Hero' actor Sooraj Pancholi, is back in the news again. According to ANI, A rape case has been filed against actor-producer Aditya Pancholi in Mumbai’s Versova Police Station. FIR against Aditya Pancholi has been filed based on a popular Bollywood actress' statement. Reportedly, the enforced sections are 376, 328, 384, 341, 342, 323, and IPC 506.

Some time back, the actress’ sister had filed an application in the police station, alleging that Aditya Pancholi had exploited her sister a decade ago. Later, Aditya Pancholi too had also filed a counter application claiming that the actress' lawyer has been threatening to file a rape case against him. More details are still awaited!
