Mumbai: Amitabh Bachchan Discharged From Hospital After Three Days

Sources said the veteran actor had been hospitalized following some routine checkup and is doing fine now.

New Delhi: Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan was discharged from Mumbai's Nanavati hospital on Friday night after the veteran actor was reportedly admitted since Tuesday. Sources said the veteran actor had been hospitalized following some routine checkup and is doing fine now. As per the report, the 77-year-old actor had visited the hospital after experiencing some health issues on Wednesday. Reports of Bachchan suffering a liver problem were doing the rounds but sources claimed there was no truth to it. He, however, remained in the hospital for two days before being discharged on late Friday. At 10 pm last night, Bachchan left the hospital for his home with his wife Jaya Bachchan and son Abhishek. Also Watch- According to sources, the Bachchan family has refused to issue medical bulletins, saying they would give information on their own at the appropriate time. On Thursday, Bachchan had posted a picture with wife Jaya, wishing her on Karwa Chauth.
