Kangana, who was recently engaged in a war of words with Anurag Kashyap, demanded his arrest while replying to Payal’s tweet. She wrote, “ Every voice matters #MeToo #ArrestAnuragKashyap. Check out her reply!
Chairperson of National Commission for Women Rekha Sharma asked the actress to send her a detailed complaint and assured that the NCW would look into the matter.
“You may send me the detailed complaint at chairperson-ncw@nic.in and @NCWIndia will look into it,” Rekha Sharma wrote on the micro-blogging site. Ghosh thanked Sharma and said that she would send the complaint to the NCW.
Payal, while talking to ABN Telugu, alleged that Anurag Kashyap took her to a room and tried to force himself on her. The ‘Patel Ki Punjabi Shaadi’ actress further claimed that the director said that several actresses, who have worked with him, are a call away.
Anurag Kashyap is yet to react to the serious allegations.
