Masaba Gupta Pens Emotional Notes For Parents, Calls Vivian Richards 'Gentle Giant', Neena Gupta ‘Sweetest Thing’

Masaba Gupta pens sweet notes for her parents, actor Neena Gupta and cricket star Vivian Richards, her mother.

Masaba Gupta earlier shared a family photo with Vivian and Neena.

New Delhi: Fashion designer and actor Masaba Gupta, who just married Satyadeep Mishra, has penned notes for her parents, actor Neena Gupta and cricket star Vivian Richards, her mother. Masaba also posted a heartfelt message about her stepfather, chartered accountant Vivek Mehra, on her Instagram Stories.

In the first picture, Masaba posted a beautiful picture of Neena Gupta smiling while seated on a chair. She wore a full-sleeved blouse in the same colour as her saree, which was cream and green. "The sweetest thing. Thanks for raising me to be a LIONESS @neena_gupta," Masaba wrote.

Masaba also shared a picture of Vivek dressed in a yellow kurta, jacket, white pyjamas, and black mojaris. In the photo, he smiled while posing for the camera. "The gentle entrepreneur in me that you see is all courtesy this man. The kind brain and the most giving heart," she wrote.

Vivian Richards was seen beaming and posing for the camera in the final photo. He was wearing a yellow and cream shirt with denims. She wrote in the caption: "The eyes chico, they never lie. My fierce father, a gentle giant and I'm so glad I got not just your nose but also your shoulders to take on the world just like you did and emerge a fighter."

Last week, Satyadeep and Masaba tied the knot in a private ceremony in front of relatives. Masaba posted a few photos to Instagram. "Married my ocean of calm, this morning. Here's to many many lifetimes of love, peace, stability & most importantly laughter. And thanks for letting me pick the caption - this is gonna be great!" the fashion designer wrote.

Later, Masaba also shared a family photo with Vivian and Neena. "For the first time ever - My whole life came together. This is us. My beautiful blended family. Everything from here on is just bonus," she wrote in the caption.

Earlier, Neena and Vivian were romantically involved. Masaba was born to her on November 2, 1988, and she raised her alone. The actor married Vivek Mehra in 2008.

Meanwhile, Masaba Gupta was married to the producer Madhu Mantena. After getting hitched in June 2015, the couple declared their separation in 2019. Actor Aditi Rao Hydari was Satyadeep's first wife. In 2013, the couple separated.
