New Delhi: Earlier this week, the news of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput's suicide left the entire nation shocked and heartbroken. The 34-year-old actor was reportedly suffering from depression and police found some anti-depressants pill in his room. The actor was found hanging from ceiling fan at his Bandra residence.

An actor par excellence, Sushant was academically brilliant too. He was also a National Olympiad Winner in Physics and had ranked seventh in the Delhi College of Engineering (DCE) Entrance Exam in 2003 and secured admission in the Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical Engineering).

Sushant also had deep interests in space science. He owned a very expensive telescope Meade 14 LX600 and often shared his observations on social media.

Besides an active academician, Sushant was also an entrepreneur. According to to the reports, the actor had set up at least three companies in past two years. Interestingly, one of the companies included the name of his rumoured girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty, who recently recorded her statements with Bandra police in connection with the suicide matter of Sushant Singh Rajput.

According to a Business Today report, Shushant co-found his first company in 2018 which dealt with artificial intelligence, virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR).

His second company named as Vividrage Rhealityx was established last year in September. It included the names of his rumoured girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty, her brother Showik Shakraborthy and Sushant himself, all three as the board members of the firm. The company Vividrage Rhealityx also dealt with artificial intelligence, mixed reality and experiential technology.

Sushant's third company Front India for World Foundation, was set up earlier this year. A non-profit organisation, Front India for World Foundation intended to work on eradication of poverty, malnutrition and hunger.
