KK Dies After Live Concert In Kolkata — A Peek Into His Last Performance
KK was feeling unwell after reaching his hotel, following a performance at a concert in the evening where he sang for almost an hour.
Mumbai: Well-known Bollywood singer Krishnakumar Kunnath, popularly known as KK, passed away in Kolkata on Tuesday night after he felt unwell during a live concert. According to initial report, the musicial felt ill while performing at an event in Kolkata and was brought to the CMRI hospital, where he was declared dead.
As per an official, KK was feeling unwell after reaching his hotel, following a performance at a concert in the evening where he sang for almost an hour. He was taken to a private hospital in south Kolkata where doctors declared him brought dead.
"It's unfortunate that we could not treat him," a senior official of the hospital told news agency PTI.
Soon after his demise, a video of his last concert (hours before his death) was floated on internet which was shared by news agency ANI.

KK was known for songs popular romantic songs including Dil Ibaadat from Tum Mile, Tu Jo Mile From Salman Khan's Bajrangi Bhaijaan, Abhi Abhi from Jism 2, Tu Hi Meri Shab Hai from Gangster, Ankhon Mein Teri from Om Shanti Om and many more.
KK, known as a versatile singer, has recorded songs in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi and Bengali, among other languages.
