New Delhi: Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor Khan is known for being a fitness freak. The 'Jab We Met' actress, who is a proud mommy to Taimur and Jehangir Ali Khan, loves challenging herself to achieve her goals. The 41-year-old took to social media to share a glimpse of her Yoga session wherein she can be seen acing the Surya Namaskar or salutation. 

What Did Kareena Post?

The 'Veere Di Wedding' star performed 108 Surya Namaskars with ease and posted a video from her recent workout session on her Instagram handle. Can you guess what Bebo has decided to eat after acing the Surya Namaskar? She revealed that she will savour delicious pumpkin pie tonight. 

Kareena loves gorging on several delicacies and she often drops pictures from her lunch and dinner dates with her family members. She posted the Instagram reel along with the caption, "108 surya namaskars done. Grateful, thankful, and ready to eat my pumpkin pie tonight."

Kareena's Yoga trainer Anshuka Parwani dropped a comment on the post. She wrote, "Truly truly deserved pie, happy thanksgiving @kareenakapoorkhan you’re the best."

Kareena posted another photo and captioned it as, "Never felt better." She can be seen performing Yoga in track pants and pink top in the picture.

On the professional front, the 'Good Newwz' star will be next seen in 'Laal Singh Chaddha'. The comedy drama was originally slated to hit the silver screens in February 2022; however, it will now release on April 14 next year. 

Kareena shared a post on social media to inform the fans about the new release date of 'Laal Singh Chaddha', which is the official adaptation of 'Forrest Grump'. She wrote, "We are happy to share our new poster and our new release date."

The 'Tashan' actress has joined hands with Ekta Kapoor and Hansal Mehta for a yet-to-be titled project.
