NEW DELHI: The 'Queen' of Bollywood Kangana Ranaut never shies away from expressing herself, she is blunt, feisty and strong. Kangana doesn't prefer mincing her words and this was evident during her spat with Hrithik Roshan. Recently, her Rangoon co-star Shahid Kapoor seems to be the subject of her explosive remarks. Though, both the artistes are spotted together promoting their upcoming film but the truth is that they don't share a good bond.

The cold war between Kangana and Shahid began a year ago when the actress said she was the third hero' of Rangoon to which the 'Udta Punjab' actor replied: "Why doesn't she say there are three heroines in the film? Is there anything less in being a heroine?"

Here are Kangana's five brutal statements against Shahid Kapoor:

Kissing Shahid was tragedy

In an interview to Spotboye.com, the outspoken actress said, "I don't like intimate scenes in a film. They are the most difficult to shoot. You have a formal equation with someone and suddenly you are into each other's mouth. That big moustache of Shahid is horrible. It was such a ... Not a turn-off but a tragedy of different level! When I asked him about it, he said he applies wax and has a running nose! Mera naak isme bah ke jaata hai." Shahid recently opened up on Kangana's statement: "I have to tell you that Kangana makes up things in her head. She has a vivid imagination. I don't remember telling her all this at all."

Shahid got those lines from Hrithik

Kangana took no time and was ready with fierce comments. When Pinkvilla quizzed the actress, she said, "That line he (Shahid) must have borrowed from Hrithik. He would have thought that dude I will borrow these claims from Hrithik." Kangana-Hrithik got involved in ugly spat after the actress made it public that she was allegedly dating Hrithik. The duo has worked together in movies like Krrish 3 and Kites.

It is better than saying I love Shahid's boxers

Responding to Shahid's 'vivid imagination' remark, Kanagana said:"I haven't said such things. I give my version of situation. When you are enacting a scene, we don't do time pass. When we are asked questions on intimate scenes, especially to girls, there is a sleazy undertone to it. 'Kaise laga aapko kiss karke?' What am I supposed to say? I can't say acha laga ya kharab laga. My purpose is to answer it as an actor. So as an actor I said there were 50 people while we were shooting in the mud scene. And my co-actor had a cold. So it was the most convenient thing to do. It was made into a horrible.... I don't take these things seriously. Also, media needs to understand that they shouldn't ask such questions. They ask me who is the better kisser? Mujhe kya lena dena? What do you mean? These men have just had babies and we don't look at them in that way. This is our work and it is our rozi roti. But people talk in such a frivolous way. And I never talk like that about my work. There is always a risk of being misquoted horribly but it is better than saying I love Shahid's boxers. Isn't it better? (laughs)."

Sharing cottage with Shahid was nightmare

As Rangoon was shot in outskirts, Shahid-Kangana have to share a cottage. According to a report in DNA , the actress recounted her experience saying: "We were shooting in a remote location where a little makeshift cottage was erected. Shahid and I were sharing the cottages with our respective teams. Every morning, I would wake up to this mad hip- hop music. And he would exercise listening to crazy trance and techno songs blasting from the speakers. I was fed up and wanted to shift out. Sharing the cottage with Shahid was a nightmare."

On Shahid's behaviour

"Shahid is very friendly on certain days but extremely suspicious on other days. Maybe that's again because of my intense expression. But even I can be like him. There are days when I get zoned out," said Kangana in an interview to Spotboye.

Kangana Ranaut who was last seen in Katti Batti released in 2015 is prepping up for her next flick 'Rangoon'. The Vishal Bhardwaj film is set on the backdrop of World War 2 and is slated for February 24 release.
