New Delhi: Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut started her acting career with the 2006 movie ‘Gangster’ alongside Emraan Hashmi and Shiney Ahuja. The actress then went on to star in several movies including ‘Woh Lamhe’, ‘Life In A Metro’, ‘Fashion’ and others. Kangana gained prominence with her performance as a solo lead in the movie ‘Queen’. The ‘Tanu Weds Manu’ actress has also been awarded the ‘National Award’ and ‘Padma Shri’.
After spending the lockdown period in her hometown, Kangana is now busy with her upcoming projects that include ‘Thalaivi’, ‘Tejas’ and ‘Dhaakad’. Recently, the actress took to her social media and shared some pictures with the Defence Minister of the country Rajnath Singh. She revealed that the team of ‘Tejas’ and herself met Rajnath Singh for sharing the script of their film and also seek his blessings.
The ‘Fashion’ actress tweeted, “Today team #Tejas met honourable defence minister Shri @rajnathsingh ji for his blessings, we shared the script of our film Tejas with @IAF_MCC as well and seeked few permissions, Jai Hind”
Lately, Kangana also penned down a heartfelt note post wrapping up the shoot of ‘Thalaivi’ on her Twitter. The 'Dhaakad' actress posted a photo wherein she can be seen standing on a podium. The Bollywood beauty donned a white saree and pointed the victory sign similar to Amma.
Sharing the picture, Ranaut wrote, “And it’s a wrap, today we successfully completed the filming of our most ambitious project Thalaivi- the revolutionary leader, rarely an actor finds a character that comes alive in flesh and blood and I fall in love so hard but now suddenly it’s time to say bye,mixed feelings”
