'Kalki 2898 AD’ Trailer Out

This post-apocalyptic film takes its setting in 2898 AD from Hindu texts. Amitabh Bachchan plays the immortal Ashwatthama, while Prabhas plays Bhairava, an incarnation of the Hindu deity Vishnu.

The trailer does an excellent job of presenting us to the fascinating universe of Bhairava. The story begins with the kids studying about Kaash. The trailer gradually unveils the perpetual power struggle and the persistent mistreatment of the disadvantaged. Still, it's a sign of a force that's been there for six thousand years making a comeback. Bhairava steps in, boasting that he has "never lost a fight to date." But this fight won't be simple; the trailer ends with a look at the terrifying villain (Kamal) he'll have to overcome.
