Trade declare 'Kabir Singh' a blockbuster & Shahid Kapoor the new box office favourite!

With the humongous success of 'Arjun Reddy' official Hindi remake that surpassed Rs 70 crore over it's opening weekend, the trade comment that by the sheer show of numbers it's 'Kabir Singh' all over as the film also went on to become Shahid Kapoor's biggest opener as a solo actor. 'Kabir Singh' has successfully passed the Monday test as well by collecting Rs 17.54 crore - making the impressive total of Rs 88.37 crore.

Trade expert Taran Adarsh says, “When Shahid was announced, I wondered how would he do justice to the role. He's very calm, neither smokes or drinks in real life.
