Jimmy Shergill and 35 crew members of 'Your Honor' have been booked for flouting the COVID-19 rules in Punjab.
Bollywood actor Jimmy Shergill, who was shooting in Ludhiana for the second season of SonyLIV’s web series ‘Your Honor’, has been booked for flouting the guidelines related to COVID-19 curfew in Punjab. The actor, director Eeshwar Nivas and other 35 crew members were booked for violating the COVID-19 curfew in the state while shooting for their new project.
The Punjab government has imposed strict restrictions to combat the further spread of COVID-19. ABP News has received information that the cast and crew were shooting in Ludhiana's 'Arya Senior Secondary School till 8pm. They violated the lockdown rules as shooting is not allowed beyond 6pm. According to the rules, curfew has been imposed in the state from 6pm to 5am.

Police officers reached the sets on Tuesday (April 27) when the actors were busy filming court scenes.
Media reports suggest that the police arrested director E Niwas and two crew members for defying the lockdown. They were later released on bail.
Jimmy Shergil is playing the role of a judge in the upcoming series 'Your Honor', which is a remake of an Israeli show of the same name. The makers are currently busy shooting for it in Ludhiana.
