Mumbai: Javed Jaffrey’s son Meezan Jaaferi and Navya Naveli Nanda’s rumoured romance has become the talk of the town. While the star kids have never confirmed their relationship, gossip mills suggest that the two are dating each other. Meezan, who is awaiting the release of ‘Hungama 2’, has finally reacted to the rumours about his love life.
The ‘Malaal’ actor, while talking to DNA, revealed that he is not dating anyone and is single. He squashed the rumours about him dating Navya, who is Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan’s granddaughter.
Meezan told the daily that he is not going to ‘delve more in this matter’ as ‘enough hungama’ has been done.
When asked if they had ‘awkwardness’ due to the rumours about their relationship, he said that things are good between the two and refused to comment more in this regard.
Meezan and Navya have been spotted together on several occasions, which sparked speculations about their affair. Meezan often drops comments on Navya Naveli’s Instagram posts. The star kid, who is Shweta Bachchan Nanda’s daughter, is the co-founder of a healthcare company that aims to focus on women.
Talking about Meezan, the newcomer will be seen in Priyadarshan’s much-awaited film ‘Hungama 2’. The comedy flick co-starring Paresh Rawal, Shilpa Shetty and Pranita Subhash will premiere directly on a leading OTT platform. The trailer of the movie, which was released on July 1, has managed to create anticipation among the fans.
‘Hungama 2’ will be available for streaming from July 23, 2021 on Disney+Hotstar. The song 'Chura Ke Dil Mera 2.0' has received a good response from the audience on social media. While movie buffs missed Akshay Kumar, who featured in the original along with Shilpa Shetty; fans liked Meezan's dance moves and his chemistry with his leading lady in the peppy number.
