Bollywood Actress Kiara Watches Her Own Film In Theatres, Calls It 'Surreal Experience'

Indoo Ki Jawani: Kiara Advani took her family for a movie outing on Wednesday (December 9). She described her experience as 'surreal' and shared a photo from the theatre.

Kiara Advani has emerged as one of the most sought after actresses in Bollywood after the success of 'Kabir Singh'. After working with Shahid Kapoor in the Hindi remake of 'Arjun Reddy', she starred in 'Good Newwz', which emerged as one of the biggest hits of 2019.  Kiara is now gearing up for the release of 'Indoo Ki Jawani', which will hit the silver screens on Friday (December 11). After Manoj Bajyapee, Diljit Dosanjh and Fatima Sana Shaikh starrer 'Suraj Pe Mangal Bhari', 'Indoo Ki Jawaani' will entertain the audience in the theatres. Kiara decided to watch her own film with her family at a theatre ahead of its release. The 'Laxmii' actress called her experience 'surreal' and said that she missed the big screen. She posted a cute family photo along with the caption,  "Finally!! Back at the cinemas missed the Big screen so much! Watched #IndooKiJawani with my family last night and the experience was surreal! Super service and sanitisation. Can’t wait to meet you at the movies with your friends and family. See you there from tomorrow, it’s a date." The 'Lust Stories' actress took all precautionary measures against COVID-19 and ensured that her family members followed all the social distancing norms. Check out her post!

'Indoo Ki Jawani', which is a coming-of-age comedy, features Kiara Advani and Aditya Seal in lead roles. The film, directed by Abir Sengupta, was originally slated to release in June 2020; however, it got delayed as the cinema halls were shut due to COVID-19 crisis. On the professional front, Kiara Advani has several exciting projects in her kitty including 'Shershaah', 'Jug Jugg Jeeyo' and 'Bhul Bhulaiyya 2'. She recently returned to Mumbai after her 'Jug Jugg Jeeyo' co-stars Varun Dhawan and Neetu Singh tested positive for COVID-19. Kiara's last film 'Laxmii' premiered directly on Disney+ Hotstar on November 9. The horror comedy drama co-starring Akshay Kumar reportedly became the biggest opener on the leading OTT platform.
