New Delhi: Honey Singh and Tina Thadani are reportedly no longer together. In January 2023, the rapper revealed his girlfriend. According to rumours, the two have removed their photos of one another and unfollowed one another on social media.
Exactly one year later, they announced their split. Hindustan Times reported the breaking news of their breakup. An industry insider close to the two celebs told the leading publication that, “They wanted different things in life. While they are currently dealing with the breakup maturely, both need time to heal. Tina is heartbroken currently and trying to focus on her work. Honey is not shy about talking about the breakup. He has informed everyone about it.”
Tina refused to comment when questioned about her troubled relationship with Honey.
However, in a recent interview with Pinkvilla, Singh hinted at the breakup. While talking about his album, he said, “Even now, when I started new, I was in love at that time. And I made a whole album - romantic-dance-romance album but unfortunately, it didn’t continue (the relationship) so I had to flip the album.”
For those who are unfamiliar, Tina began dating Honey Singh in April 2022 after Honey and Shalini Talwar's bitter divorce. But he didn't officially reveal Tina as his girlfriend until January 2023 at a gathering.
Introducing Tina at the event, Honey had said, "Meri girlfriend baethi hai Tina, isne mujhe ye naam dia hai. Isne bola ki you are Honey 3.0 This is the third one (my girlfriend Tina is sitting here, she has given me this name, Honey 3.0).”
Honey Singh and his ex-wife Shalini Talwar divorced in September of last year. In 2011, the couple got married.
For the divorce settlement, Honey has paid alimony of Rs 1 crore. Shalini charged Honey Singh in 2021 with domestic abuse. On September 8, Honey Singh and Shalini Talwar came to an agreement over their divorce in the Saket family court in Delhi. Following counterclaims made by Shalini Talwar and Honey Singh, the case was resolved in court.
