Here's the full Order copy of the woman's complaint against Mahaakshay Chakraborty alleging rape & cheating!

Just 5 days before his marriage to actress Madalsa Sharma, Mithun Chakraborty's son Mahaakshahy aka Mimoh Chakraborty faces rape allegation as another woman [identity not disclosed] files complaint alleging he cheated on her while his mother Yogita Bali threatened her over phone. A Rohini court has ordered that FIRs be filed against Mahaakshay and Mithun's wife Yogita Bali on charges of rape, cheating and wrongful termination of pregnancy. Mithun’s son Mahaakshay faces charges of rape, miscarriage without consent; Rohini Court orders FIR In the over 10 page long order copy ascertained by her reporter, the complainant claimed that she "came in contact with the actor in April 2015 and while they kept in chat over phone and chats, he also called her at his flat and she alleged that he established physical relations with her by fraudulently administering her some alcoholic/ stupefying substance in a soft drink offered to her." She further claims that on the "false pretext of marriage, he cheated her and raped her continuously for four years".  Mahaakshay is all set to get married to girlfriend Madalsa on July 7th and this woman further in her complaint claims that she even got pregnant during their 'affair' and on learning of her pregnancy, Mithun's son "got her some medicines from the medical store and asked her to have it as he didn't want any child or interruption in his career stage" and the child got aborted. According to her complain she "reminded Mahaakshay of his promise of marriage to her in December 2017, post which, he asked her for her kundli." Then on 5th June, 2018 she inquired about the kundli matching and this is when she claims that Mahaakshay told her that they only match on friendship level and not on marriage grounds. When she confronted him saying that if this is the case then he should've only got physical with her after matching the kundlis, he diconnected the call saying "marriage is not possible". The woman alleges that after this, Mahaakshay's actress-mom Yogita Bali also threatened her over phone saying "she dare not see the dreams of becoming her daughter-in-law." Complainant alleges that Yogita her with dire consequences and told her that she should be well aware of the high influence and approach of Mithun Chakraborty.
