New Delhi: The highly anticipated Telugu superhero film, ‘HanuMan’, which premiered in theatres on January 12, is now set for its digital release. Following its release in theatres, ‘HanuMan’ received widespread acclaim from both audiences and critics. Directed by Prasanth Varma and starring Teja Sajja in the titular role, the movie will be available for streaming on Zee5 starting March 2.
Initially planned for an OTT release three weeks after its theatrical debut, the digital premiere was postponed due to the film's remarkable success in cinemas. Now, eager fans awaiting the online release will have the opportunity to witness the superhero saga just 55 days after its initial theatrical run.
Teja Sajja acknowledged the positive reception of the film in an interview with 123telugu.com. He said, "I am very happy indeed. The movie is getting an extraordinary response from all corners. Audiences are lapping up the film. I am surprised to see the response from other languages. I am familiar to Telugu audiences, but the other language audiences don’t even know me. I am overwhelmed looking at the box office numbers. HanuMan will remain a benchmark film in my career. I extend my heartfelt thanks to the audience."
