Govinda gifted his wife Sunita a brand-new luxury car on the occasion of Karva Chauth this year.
New Delhi: Karva Chauth is a festival celebrated all around the country. It is a festival which involves whole day fasting by married people for their life-partner. From known personalities to common people, everyone celebrates the occasion with grandeur.
Bollywood actor Govinda went a step ahead and gifted his wife Sunita a brand-new luxury car on the occasion of Karva Chauth this year. Govinda share some pictures on Instagram and wrote, “To my best friend, the love of my life, the mother of my two beautiful children. Happy Karva chauth. I love you My love for you is beyond is immeasurable. Par aaj ke liye is chote gift se measure kar lena You deserve all the happiness in this world and more. Love you my Sona!”
Also, on the occasion of Daughter’s Day this year, Govinda shared a beautiful picture with his daughter Tina Ahuja and penned down a note. The caption for the post read, “Main betiyon ke baare mein, Bharat ki divye kalpna ka abhari hoon. Roop, Jai aur Vijay Sab apke vandan mein hai. Lucky to have you my bacha”.
Govinda also made an appearance in the popular TV show ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’. Due to the ongoing conflict between Govinda and his nephew Krushna Abhishek, who is a vital part of Kapil Sharma’s show, decided to not perform in the episode which featured the ‘Hero No 1’ actor.
Govinda’s wife Sunita reacted to Krushna’s absence from the show and told ETimes, “Last year in November, Govinda had issued a statement clarifying his stand and vowing to never discuss family issues in public. Like a thorough gentleman, he has kept the promise. I reiterate that we want to maintain a dignified distance, but it has reached a point where I feel the need to address the issue.”
Govinda tied the knot with Sunita Ahuja on March 11, 1987.
