Golden Globes 2020: '1917' Wins Best Film Award Beating 'Joker' & Other Movies; 'Once Upon A Time In Hollywood' Shines

War drama '1917' received the award for the Best Motion Picture in Drama category and defeated films like 'Joker', 'The Irishman', 'The Two Popes' and 'Marriage Story'.

New Delhi: The 77th edition of 'Golden Globe Awards 2020' ceremony is currently being held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in the United States. Popular international celebrities including Priyanka Chopra Jonas-Nick Jonas, Kit Harington. Leonardo DeCaprio and Brad Pitt came together to celebrate last year’s successful films and artists. The comedy-drama 'Once Upon a Time in Hollywood' shone brightly at the 77th edition of the prestigious award ceremony as it bagged the best Best Motion Picture (musical or comedy) award.

Megastar Brad Pitt, who played the role of Leonardo DeCaprio's character's stunt double in 'Once Upon A Time in Hollywood', also received the award for Best Supporting Actor. The film 'Once Upon a Time in Hollywood' is set in Los Angeles of 1969 and revolves around the life of an actor and his stunt body double. The period-drama is slated to hit the screens in India on January 17 revolves around two young British soldiers at World War I during the spring of 1917 followed by other chains of events.
