New Delhi: The Narcotics Control Bureau grilled Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali Khan, Shraddha Kapoor and Rakul Preet Singh in connection with its probe into the alleged Bollywood drugs nexus last week. Since morning, speculations are rife that the NCB has given a clean chit Deepika, Sara and Shraddha in the drugs related case. Although, the agency didn’t issue any official statement, the news of three leading ladies getting a clean shit from all the charges spread like wildfire.

According to a report in a leading daily, a NCB officer has denied the news of the agency giving clean chits to the above mentioned actresses.

“The news article mentioning that the drugs law enforcement agency giving a clean chit to those examined by NCB is devoid of the facts and truth,” the NCB officer told Mumbai Mirror.

The three tinsel town divas have denied consuming any narcotics substance during the NCB interrogation. Deepika was summoned by the NCB after her alleged WhatsApp chats with manager Karishma Prakash surfaced during the probe. She reportedly acknowledged her ‘WhatsApp drugs chats’ when she was confronted with her manager Karishma.

Sara Ali Khan, who made her Bollywood debut with ‘Kedarnath’ opposite Sushant Singh Rajput, said that she didn’t take drugs. According to reports, she admitted that her relationship with SSR ended in 2019.

Shraddha, who worked with Sushant in ‘Chhichhore’, said that she saw the ‘Dil Bechara’ taking drugs in between the shoot breaks in his vanity van. She also confessed that a party was held at Sushant’s Pawna farmhouse after the release of ‘Chhichhore’.

We had earlier informed you that the NCB will issue summons to three Bollywood A-listers after the agency collects substantial proof in connection with the drugs related case. The initials of the three big Bollywood biggies start with S, R and A. They have worked with Deepika Padukone in films.
