Set against the picturesque hills of North India, the trailer showcases Kajol’s character interrogating Dhruv Sood, played by Shaheer Sheikh, while encountering Kriti’s Saumya, who seems to be a victim. The story then shifts to Saumya and Dhruv's budding romance, which takes a dark turn with the arrival of Saumya’s twin sister, who starts seducing Dhruv.

The trailer hints at Dhruv being imprisoned for allegedly attempting to kill one of the twins, but both sisters harbor dark secrets, and Kajol’s character is determined to uncover the truth in this tangled web of deception.

'Do Patti' isn’t the first collaboration between Kriti and Kajol, as they previously appeared together in Rohit Shetty’s 'Dilwale', alongside Shah Rukh Khan and Varun Dhawan.
