Day 4: Aamir Khan's 'Dangal' crosses 100 crores in just three days

Bollywood superstar and ‘Mr Perfectionist’ Aamir Khan’s much awaited movie ‘Dangal’ has already been released and the film is doing excellent business at the box office. Movie has received very positive reviews from critics. The film has crossed 100 crores in just three days after its release. Film’s weekend collection was Rs 106.95 crores i.e. Fri 29.78 cr, Sat 34.82 cr, Sun 42.35 cr.

Dangal is doing very well overseas, specifically in Middle East and North America where it has collected around Rs 60.99 crores.

Dangal, directed by Nitesh Tiwari; is the story of Mahavir Singh Phogat who hoped to win a gold medal for India in wrestling. He coached his daughters Geeta and Babita Phogat to fulfil his dream. Aamir Khan has played Mahavir Singh Phogat while actress Fatima Sana Sheikh and Sanya Malhotra have played the role of Mahavir’s daughters Geeta and Babita respectively.
