Covid-19 Positive Abhishek Bachchan Not To Be Discharged From Hospital Anytime Soon!

While Abhishek is undergoing treatment at the hospital his father Amitabh Bachchan, wife Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and his daughter Aaradhya recently got discharged from the hospital after testing negative for COVID-19.

It’s been 26 days since Abhishek Bachchan has been admitted to Nanavati hospital in Mumbai where he is currently recovering from COVID-19. The actor has been sharing updates about his health on social media. On Wednesday, the actor took to Instagram to share a picture of a whiteboard which reveals his diet, name of the nurses and the number of days in the hospital. The post also reads that the actor isn’t allowed to go home by the doctors yet. He captioned the post, "Hospital day :26 Discharge plan: NO! 😡 Come on Bachchan, you can do it!!

On August 2, Abhishek had tweeted to share the status of his health: "I, Unfortunately due to some comorbidities remain Covid-19 positive and remain in hospital. Again, thank you all for your continued wishes and prayers for my family. Very humbled and indebted. I'll beat this and come back healthier! Promise."

Yesterday, both my father and I tested positive for COVID-19. Both of us having mild symptoms have been admitted to hospital. We have informed all the required authorities and our family and staff are all being tested. The BMC has been in touch and we are complying with them. I request all to stay calm and not panic. Thank you. 🙏🏽
