'Chhota Bheem: Kungfu Dhamaka’ Anthem song is very special for me- says Daler Mehndi

New Delhi: When the king of Punjabi Pop music and the most popular animated character come together, a blockbuster is guaranteed! Music sensation Daler Mehndi, who has captured audiences with his peppy numbers, has sung a spirited song for the upcoming film Chhota Bheem: Kung Fu Dhamaka, released today across the country. A song that brings out the ethos of Chhota Bheem and his friends in the grooviest manner, The Anthem Song ‘Kungfu Dhamaka ’is sure to become an anthem for kids across India.

The song displays the wonderful characteristics of our hero, his ability to break through all shackles for his friends and fight his enemies with absolute vigour. Portraying Chhota Bheem's energy and courage in every beat and every word, Daler Mehndi's voice brings out the might and strength of Chhota Bheem with finesse. Composed by Sunil Kaushik, The Anthem Song has been released today and will be seen in the film on May 10th.

Singer Daler Mehndi said"Kungfu Dhamaka song is special for me because my little daughter Rabaab loves Chhota Bheem and will also be featuring in the video. It's my first appearance with her and I couldn't be more excited! It's a very energetic song and I'm thrilled that the audiences' are enjoying it!"

Expanding their horizons in the animation space, the makers have attempted to use Virtual Production, a unique method which mixes Live Action and Motion Capture animated characters in 3D Stereoscopy. To make the experience feel almost real and match the exact actions of the real-life dancers to the 3D animated characters, the choreography of the characters has been captured using High-End Motion Picture technology. Apart from this, the live action part of the song featuring Daler Mehndi and the Kids was shot on CHROMA in 3D Stereoscopic Cameras and the acting of the characters was enhanced by keyframe animators and integrated into the virtual set with the live action footage in Stereo Format.

In Chhota Bheem: Kung Fu Dhamaka, Bheem and friends head to China for an adventure in the Land of the Dragon. Bheem and friends go to participate in the biggest Kung Fu competition in the world. However, the competition disrupts as Bheem is called upon to help save the princess and protect China from the evil nemesis Zuhu.

Directed by Rajiv Chilaka & Binayak Das, produced by Green Gold Animation and distributed by Yash Raj Films, Chhota Bheem: Kung Fu Dhamaka is all set to release on 10 May 2019.
