New Delhi: Sushant Singh Rajput and Shraddha Kapoor starrer Chhichhore has been receiving positive reviews much ahead of its release. The film, which hit the silver screens on September 6, minted Rs 7.32 crore on its opening day. Strong word of mouth and the heartwarming storyline has completely touched the many hearts and resulted in the big hit on the box office on Day 1. Chhichhore promised to take the audience on a roller coaster ride and take them back to the college days. The trailer of the film also received a massive applause and generated great excitement amongst the audience and made them uber nostalgic. Chhichhore marks the amalgamation of Sajid Nadiadwala and Fox Star Studios after they delivered the hits Judwaa 2 and Baaghi 2, together. Chhichhore, which has been helmed by Dangal fame director Nitesh Tiwari, also stars Varun Sharma and Prateik Babbar in key roles.
