Mumbai: Bollywood casting director Krish Kapur passed away due to brain hemorrhage on May 31 at Mumbai's Mira Road. He was 29. Krish had done casting for Pulkrit Samrat and Kriti Kharbanda starrer ‘Veere Ki Wedding’ and Rhea Chakraborty, Varun Mitra and Digangana Suryavanshi’s ‘Jalebi’. Krish was also the casting director for the short film ‘Shubhratri’.

Speculations were rife that Krish died in a road accident in his hometown. However, his uncle Sunil Bhalla, while exclusively talking to ABP News, refuted the rumours of him passing away due to a road accident.

"While returning home, Krishna felt dizzy twice. He fell unconscious on the stairs when he reached our house. He started bleeding from his nose after he fell on the stairs. He passed away on May 31 due to brain injury,” Sunil said.
