B-town wishes 'Ramazan Mubarak' to fans

New Delhi: The holy month of Ramazan has begun that will see Muslims around the world keeping a dawn-to-dusk fast for the entire month. Our B-town celebrities also took to their Twitter pages to wish everyone on the festival. Check out their Tweets: Veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan wrote, "T 2436 - To all brothers and sisters .. RAMADAN MUBARAK."   Shah Rukh Khan, who is currently shooting for Imtiaz Ali's next, tweeted, "May you be blessed by the love of God. and be guided by Him."   The ' Kapoor and Sons' star, Rishi Kapoor, sent out festive wishes by saying, "Ramadan Mubarak!"   The ' Sarbjit' star, Randeep Hooda, posted, "Ramadan Mubarak."   Actor Riteish Deshmukh also wished his fans by saying, "Ramazan Mubarak... love & prayers."   'Ramazan' is the ninth month of the Islamic calendar and is observed by Muslims across the globe as the month of fasting. It is believed that on the 27th day of Ramazan, God revealed the Quran (the Holy book of Islam) to the Prophet Mohammed. At the end of the month, Eid al-Fitr is celebrated to mark the end of the month, based on the visual sightings of the crescent moon.
