New Delhi: American actor Paul Rudd, popularly known as ‘Ant-Man’ revisited one of the many Indian restaurants in London, UK. The ‘Friends’ actor went back to the restaurant to enjoy his favourite Kolkata Dum Biryani.
Paul Rudd was spotted visiting Darjeeling Express, an Indian restaurant run by Asma Khan, which serves special Indian food. Asma also posted a picture with Paul Rudd on her Twitter and shared her excitement of serving the ‘Ant-Man’ her special Kolkata Dum Biryani.
Asma wrote on Twitter while sharing the picture, “Welcome back to @Darjeelingldn Paul Rudd! Today was our #BiryaniSupperclub and I was so happy to serve #Calcutta Dum Biryani to Paul.”
India is home to different cultures which in turn gives rise to different kinds of cuisine. It is also the abode to various kinds of Biryanis, one of them being the popular Kolkata Dum Biryani. Unlike other Biryani, the speciality about Kolkata Dum Biryani is that it consists of jumbo-sized potatoes with juicy pieces of meat served with a boiled egg.
The tweet of Asma Khan went viral in no time and people loved the fact that their favourite ‘Ant-Man’ has a soft spot for Indian food. Netizens even credited the Biryani for his young look even at the age of 52. Check out some of the tweets here:
