Megastar Amitabh Bachchan’s granddaughter Navya Naveli Nanda is one of the most popular star kids on social media. Daughter of Shweta Bachchan and Nikhil Nanda, she recently opened up about dealing with her anxiety and seeking therapy for the same. Talking about it with a health organisation, she reportedly said that earlier she didn’t feel comfortable talking about going to therapy. For her, it was something new and she wanted to experience it herself before talking about it. She added that her family knows that she is in therapy but she doesn’t think any of her friends know. She also stated that she is not sure if she would still go and tell them. Check out below:
Seeing her speaking about the issue, Navya’s mother Shweta Bachchan commented ‘Bravo’ on the video. Navya also added that what helped her was surrounding herself with people who motivate her and make her feel good. She stated that she has learnt from then on that she is only going to surround herself with people who make her feel good and happy.
