New Delhi: Bollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan celebrates his 47th birthday today, on February 6. On the occasion, wishes are pouring in for Junior Bachchan from all corners. Abhishek's wife and actress Aishwarya Rai shared a love-up post for him to mark his special day.
Aishwarya took to her Instagram and shared a picture of Abhishek being all smiles as he posed for the camera. Showering 'birthday love' on her 'baby', Aishwarya wrote, "💝Birthday love… today and forever, Baby🥰"

A day before Abhishek's 47th birthday, superstar Amitabh Bachchan shared a special note on his blog, calling him "a pride for the father."
He wrote, "How time has flown by… going back in time all the memories of the day and the several days that kept giving us the joy and the pride and the pleasure of Abhishek... and now to see him achieve his worth through his hard word, quietly, and proving all the naysayers wrong! It is a delight for a father for his son but mostly for the son, who has through the dint of his hard word and perseverance shown the mettle of his calibre and his confidence... That is the pride that one honours… He took his own decisions... he made his own choices... defied the norm and proved it… with his success.”
He mentioned that Abhishek "inspired" his Jaipur Pink Panthers to win the Kabaddi Championship, won a Best Actor award for his film Dasvi and topped the ‘Mood Of The Nation’ list. “A pride of the family… a pride for the father,” wrote Amitabh.
On the work front, Abhishek Bachchan will next be seen in a cameo role in Ajay Devgn's 'Bholaa'.
