Sushant Singh Rajput Found Dead At Bandra Residence, Condolences Pour In From All Quarters

Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput who was last seen opposite Sara Ali Khan in Kedarnath committed suicide. He was 34 years old.

New Delhi: The year 2020 has brought more heartbreaking news for Bollywood fans. Actor Shushant Singh Rajput committed suicide on Sunday afternoon in his Bandra Residence. According to reports the actor was living alone amid lockdown and hanged himself in his home. His demise came as a shock to many as this is the fourth death of a famous personality from the Hindi film industry to pass away in the past two months, after Irrfan Khan and Rishi Kapoor succumbed to cancer and Wajid Khan from the Sajid-Wajid duo fell prey to the coronavirus pandemic. Condolences poured in from all quarters for the highly-talented actor who won several awards for his roles in movies like M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story, PK and Kedarnath. Actor Akshay Kumar took to twitter and expressed condolences on the demise of the young actor, Honestly this news has left me shocked and speechless...I remember watching #SushantSinghRajput in Chhichhore and telling my friend Sajid, its producer how much I’d enjoyed the film and wish I’d been a part of it. Such a talented actor...may God give strength to his family."

Sushant broke on to the big screen with Abhishek Kapoor's Kai Po Che, based on Chetan Bhagat's bestselling book The Three Mistakes of My Life. He garnered applause for almost all his films.
