Sushmita Sen penned down a heartfelt note on the arrival of ‘Lakshmi’ just before Diwali and revealed that she feels blessed to have witnessed the birth of Charu Asopa and Rajeev Sen’s daughter.

New Delhi: Television actress Charu Asopa gave birth to a baby girl on November 1, 2021. The ‘Devon Ke Dev Mahadev’ actress is married to Bollywood actress Sushmita Sen’s brother Rajeev Sen and the couple announced their pregnancy with an adorable post on social media earlier this year.

Elated father Rajeev Sen took to his Instagram to share the happy news of his baby girl’s birth to the world. He wrote while sharing, “Blessed with a baby girl Charu is doing fine & fit .. So proud of my wife for being strong right till the end .. Thank you all for your prayers .. Thank you God”.

Sushmita Sen also penned down a heartfelt note on the arrival of ‘Lakshmi’ just before Diwali. She revealed in her post that she feels blessed to have witnessed the birth of Charu Asopa and Rajeev Sen’s daughter.

Sushmita shared a post from the hospital and wrote on Instagram, “#answeredprayers Lakshmi arrives just before Diwali!! IT’S A GIRL!!!! Charu Asopa also shared the happy news with her fans and wrote on Instagram, “Blessed with a baby girl Thank u Rajeev for always being there for me , love you .. Thank u all for your love & prayers.. Thank u God”.

Charu Asopa tied the knot with Rajeev Sen in June 2019.
