Vicky-Katrina Wedding: Celebrity Mehendi Artist Veena Nagda Shares A Picture After Adorning The Hands Of Bride-To-Be Katrina
Bride-to-be Katrina Kaif got her beautiful hands adorned with mehendi by celebrity mehendi artist Veena Nagda.
New Delhi: The wedding festivities of Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif's big Bollywood wedding of the year have already begun at the Six Senses Fort Barwara Hotel in Rajasthan. The mehendi ceremony took place on Tuesday. Celebrity mehendi artist Veena Nagda adorned the beautiful hands of Katrina with mehendi. Veena shared a picture of herself on Instagram where she hinted about decorating the mehendi laiden hands of the gorgeous bride-to-be. She wrote,"We finally did it! #BigFatIndianWedding." She also wrote that she was now ready to move on to her next destination.

Veena has previously done bridal mehendi for several popular celebrities including Deepika Padukone and Varun Dhawan's wife Natasha Dalal. Abiding by the rules set by the bride and groom where the guests are prohibited from posting any pictures from the event on social media, Veena posted her own picture but her caption was enough for the actors' fans to rejoice over the latest input.
Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif are now prepping up for their haldi ceremony today. They had a grand Sangeet ceremony at night, post the mehendi. A special all-ladies 'Punjabi' sangeet was organised for Katrina by her would-be mother-in-law Veena Kaushal.
According to an ETimes report, at the Sangeet ceremony, dholkis were played by women from Vicky's family who also sang some Punjabi songs about marriage and the life ahead. The report also revealed that Katrina danced to some Punjabi beats at the ceremony.

Vicky and Katrina's hyped wedding is to take place on December 9. Several celebrities including director Kabir Khan with wife Mini Mathur, actors Neha Dhupia and Angad Bedi, Radhika Madan among others have made it to the wedding, according to reports. Singer Gurudas Mann, who is also one of the guests at the wedding, reportedly performed at the Sangeet ceremony.
The luxuru wedding venue had lit up in red and yellow colours for the grand celebration, last night.
The newly-wed couple will reportedly not have a honeymoon as they have prior work commitments.
