Kartik Aaryan Tests Positive For COVID-19. Will Not Be Performing at IIFA 2022

Soon after Kartik Aaryan shared his health update on Instagram, fans and netizens expressed concern over his health and wished for his better health soon.

New Delhi: Kartik Aaryan has tested positive for COVID-19. The 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2'actor will not be attending the IIFA 2022. The actor shared his health update on his official Instagram handle. He shared a picture of himself from the film 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2' and in a comic way announced that he tested positive for COVID-19.

Kartik Aaryan took to his official Instagram handle to write, "Sab kuch itna Positive chal raha tha, Covid se raha Nahi Gaya 😂." Kartik has been enjoying the super success of his horror-comedy 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2'. He was supposed to be attending the IIFA Awards but is now not flying to Abu DHabi because of COVID-19.

According to ANI, Kartik Aaryan was supposed to perform at the IIFA awards 2022 in Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. However, given his health condition now Kartik will not be performing at the awards function.

Soon after Kartik shared the announcement, fans and netizens expressed concern over his health and wished for his speedy recovery.

Kartik was recently seen in Anees Bazmee directorial 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2' alongside Tabu and Kiara Advani. The film is a sequel to the super-hit Akshay Kumar film of the same name that was released in 2007.

Although the film is not as good as its predecessor, as audiences say, it has its own charm. Fans have tremendously enjoyed this mass-entertainer. In fact, 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2' has become Kartik's biggest success at the box office and has created a place for itself among the top 4 Bollywood openers of 2022 post pandemic.
