Kareena Kapoor Khan Reveals She Fainted While Shooting During Pregnancy

Mumbai:  Bollywood diva Kareena Kapoor released her book titled 'Kareena Kapoor Khan's Pregnancy Bible' a few days back, where she disclosed the secrets and struggles she faced while giving birth to her babies. Mother of two sons - Taimur and Jeh Ali Khan, the 40-year-old actress is considered one of the fittest celebrities of Bollywood. The 'Laal Singh Chaddha' actress has been very active during both her pregnancies and fans have been eagerly waiting to know the secret behind her fitness. Well, Bebo has answered the questions related to pregnancy and how she kept herself fit during this difficult phase in her book titled 'Kareena Kapoor Khan's Pregnancy Bible'. 

In this book, Kareena spoke about her experience of becoming a mother twice and how she dealt with her pregnancy while actively shooting for her projects. The 'Angrezi Medium' actress also revealed in her book that she once fainted while working during her pregnancy. 

Kareena uncovered the truth behind celebrity pregnancy in her book and wrote, "People think a celebrity pregnancy is super glamorous. And I did try and make it look like that when I was out and about! But I didn’t feel that glamorous – who does when they are pregnant? I gained a lot of weight, got pregnancy spots and was ready to sleep by five every evening! Sounds familiar? In this book, I have been totally honest about everything I went through, from my crazy eating to fainting on a photoshoot out of exhaustion. I hope it will make you smile and comfort you too."

Kareena further wrote in her book, "I decided when I got pregnant that I wouldn’t hide anything. I was out there being as normal as I possibly could. And I wanted to bring that same spirit to this book. I am also super proud that I carried on my work right to the very end. Even though I have to admit I pushed myself too hard during Jeh’s time."

Kareena was actively working until she gave birth to her two little munchkins. She was busy with film shoots and brand endorsements. The 'Good Newwz' actress also praised her husband Saif Ali Khan and said that he has been her strong support, She wrote in her book, "Saif and I have worked hard to build a strong foundation for our relationship, and I truly believe my kids will always have that to stand on. And, hopefully, Jeh will be as confident as Taimur, because of his parents."

Kareena Kapoor tied the knot with Saif Ali Khan in the year 2012. The couple welcomed their first child Taimur Ali Khan in 2016 and in 2021, the actress gave birth to her second son Jeh Ali Khan.
