New Delhi: Popular for her role as a house help in Shahid Kapoor’s superhit film ‘Kabir Singh’, Vanita Kharat broke the internet with her bold photoshoot recently. The actress shared a picture of herself from a risqué photoshoot, highlighting body positivity. The post broke the internet and garnered more than 17000 likes on Instagram and people praised Vanita for sharing this photoshoot highlighting body positivity. Vanita’s scene in ‘Kabir Singh’ where she runs away from Shahid Kapoor became a source for several memes. It is still one of the favourites among the meme pages. The actress is a well-known face in the Marathi film industry and has starred in projects like 'Vicky Velingkar', 'Maharashtrachi Hasya Jatra' among others. She made her Bollywood debut with 2019 movie ‘Kabir Singh’ and soon became popular. ‘Kabir Singh’ is the Hindi remake of the 2017 Telugu romantic drama ‘Arjun Reddy’ starring Vijay Deverakonda in the lead role. ‘Kabir Singh’ also starred Kiara Advani in the female lead and this movie proved to be a turning point in the ‘Good Newwz’ actress’ career. The Shahid Kapoor starrer film received a lot of criticism for the portrayal of toxic masculinity.
