Canadian pop sensation Justin Bieber has once again left his fans worried about his mental health with an emotional new post on social media.

Canadian pop sensation Justin Bieber has once again left his fans worried about his mental health with an emotional new post on social media.

Justin Bieber talks about having anger issues

Taking to the Stories section of his Instagram handle, the Baby hitmaker shared a raw and candid note, opening up about feeling broken and struggling with anger issues.

In his deeply personal message, Justin wrote, “People keep telling me to heal. Don't you think if I could have fixed myself, I would have already? I know I'm broken. I know I have anger issues. I tried to do the work my whole life to be like the people who told me I needed to be fixed like them. And it just keeps making me more tired and more angry.”

The singer further confessed how draining it has been to focus on himself constantly. “The harder I try to grow, the more focused on myself I am. Jesus is the only person who keeps me wanting to make my life about others. Because honestly, I'm exhausted with thinking about myself lately, aren't you?” he added.

Justin Bieber's Post On Mental Health

This is not the first time the pop star has voiced such struggles. Recently, he posted another Instagram story urging people to stop projecting their insecurities onto one another. He wrote, “Quit asking me if I'm okay. Quit asking me how I'm doing. I don't do that to you. Because I know how life is for all of us. It's hard. Let’s encourage our people, not project our insecurities onto one another. Your concern doesn't come off as care. It's just oppressive weirdo.(sic)”

Meanwhile, Bieber has also made headlines for a recent run-in with the paparazzi. A video that surfaced online showed him trying to avoid photographers outside Soho House in Malibu, California. In the clip, Justin can be heard firmly saying, “We're gonna set boundaries here today. I'm not afraid to set boundaries,” before leaving the scene.

Fans around the world continue to send messages of support, hoping the beloved singer finds the peace and healing he seeks.
